Description
This is Shoog, my aunts pet skunk. She is so big and puffy. I tried to get a picture of her sitting in my lap but the little fart wouldnt stay there. But for future reference, Shoog doesnt belong to me, I wish she did but sadly she doesnt.Related content

Very nice looking. Does he bite? I went to the snake pit and they had two of them in a cage, and me being the smart one I am, almost had my fingers in the cage before I noticed the,"Ferrets Will Bite!!!", sign on the cage. I still wanted to touch one of them though. He has a very nice and pretty coat too, how old?

He doesn't bite so much anymore, but he dobit toes a lot- And socks. But he'll only nip if your put your fingers near his face and if they're wet- He thinks it's the watter bottle and he want's to drink the water. He's very sweet though. He's the younger one, he was born in september last year, and my other ferret, Jynx, was born in august. Just under a year old, they are.
Naw, they wont bite- it's actually very easy to train them not to.

The kind I used had the brand name "Marshall". Does it ring a bell? I just ed to know how much it costs. The color of the shampoo itself was a clear yelowish tint, and had the cosistency of cane syrup.

wIt is, but the thing is, one bottle lasts a long time. Like the one we have no, we've been using it for almost a year. Ferrets hardly ever need to be bathed- any more and once a month is actually bad for them. So the bottles last a LONG time.

Possum-luver In reply to Kairiku-Kakashi [2008-07-30 00:08:04 +0000 UTC]
Oh, I see. that sounds good. Why is it bad for them if taken more than once a month?

Kairiku-Kakashi In reply to Possum-luver [2008-07-30 00:18:25 +0000 UTC]
Ahh- Well, the thing is, Ferrets make a lot of body oils- and they need them. If you bathe them too much, their skin gets really, really dry and scaly- and it makes it very unconfortable and unhealthy for them. They just have very sensitive skin- which is why their shapoo makes your hair extra soft and stuff. :3

That really gets me though, cause I always read the back of the shampoo bottle before I use it, but it didnt say anything about that on there.

Kairiku-Kakashi In reply to Possum-luver [2008-07-31 03:39:37 +0000 UTC]
Well, that's because, if you they did that, everyone would know- That all it takes is about a tablespoon of baking powder in a average-sized shampoo bottle- you'll have the same affect. If everyone knew that, Panteen and Swave and sit would never make anymore money- because all we would ever have to do is buy dollar-store shampoo and add Baking soda- That's bad for buisness.
Also, I readthe back too- every time, actually...

I always had the impression of them being aggresive to own. But you can walk right over to her and just pick herup right off of the ground. She dont even care if she is in the middle of doing something, she is just lazy. But just to let you know like I've told everyone else, she doesnt belong to me. She is my aunt's pet, and how I long to own her.
