Part I of IVMy previous submittion of standard brushes CS2 was (according to all the
) pretty helpful I guess, so I did the same for CS4.This time I made it downloadable as EPS for you all.

How are we supposed to install brushes that are in an .eps format?

Distributing copyrighted material from Adobe without permission. It's illegal. It's called piracy, and unfortunately it has (in the US) up to five years imprisonment and a $200,000 fine. You probably don't need to worry about it though, as 3/4 of DA is just crap that people stole illegally from someone else...
