It’s really how I’ve been feeling lately. I just feel as if I was never enough.I feel like I’m out of control and I can’t stay happy. School’s stressful. The pandemic is making me stressful. Finding it hard to talk is making me stressful.
I’ve become a monster myself, letting all the despair and sadness take over me like this. I need to get out of that rut and move on from those critical thoughts.
