I like how people call him/her an ass hole. Almost as if your brother/sister was a homo too. If my brother turned out gay, I'd flip shit on him. But I have plenty of lesbian friends... No biggie. Just you know when it's guys and that close to your family. It makes you wonder where you went wrong. You were supposed to be an example. becuase my mother is a lesbian and i myself am bisexual. i am surrounded by those who are open minded and different.
its due to the reason my family member think their gay.
they think no one will ever love them becuase they are unattractive.
so they think they must be gay.
becuase no one of the opposite sex wants them.

I think he/she is just saying that it's strange having homosexuality that close to the family.
If it's his/her only sibling, especially, knowing you'll never have a biological niece or nephew.
A lot of parents with one child, who is gay, tend to feel that way, but they grow to accept it.

It sounds to me like you can't accept homosexuality in him because it scares you that maybe you have some in yourself as well that you are unwilling to acknowledge.
Usually when someone has a problem with someone else, it's because they have a problem with themselves.

If you can't accept it, maybe you need to take a second look at what you think is appropriate from a loving older sister.

a good brother will love their sibling unconditionally. if his sexuality (which is really only his business anyway) is a condition that you can't accept maybe you should re-evaluate yourself.
