No it's not members,you need to 10 post,you can do that in  5 minutes,and that's all,after you will able to start downloading.
At least it's fair 10 post,I'm made this theme in x4 color and a lot of extras,it's took me almost 1 month.

Honestly, i find this quite sad. Advertise a website or a blog, with the use of deviantart to help the purpose. What is at this point the true satisfaction of creating a visual style and share in these pages?

If is hard for you to take registration and make 10 post,how it was not hard to me to make this theme for month with all these extras.Are you wanna tell me that you don't see my patience and work which I put in it?

The forum is not mine,I really don't have nothing if someone make registration or press like and thanks button to my theme.

I just wanna help to one good man and brother.At least I'm giving it for free....don't know why someone just want to hit download and runaway...

I'm in age 18 and I'm  making a VS because I always wanted to make it,and this is my first one.

I'm many times see that owners of forums share themes and work trough DevaintArt and they have a profit of that,they make money,since I'm not a owner and I don't have nothing form this,I just love to create a themes and to help.

If someone can't see that,it's not problem in me it's in you.
