I've already told you about the foot base issue, so I see no need in repeating it here. However, a small thing I would like to comment on is that feet don't really have those large white "lights" on them.

For Isabelle herself, a problem is that there's some noticeable line clipping on the right side of her head (her right). That's something that could easily be fixed by erasing the line or simply painting over it. Related to lines, a nitpick I have is that he bells are the only things without proper outlines.

I also think that you forgot that the things on the top of her head were...her ears. Isabelle is a dog, so she kind of is supposed to have two of them. In addition, the top of her ears are supposed to be orange, but that's a minor complaint. Again, I can chalk some things up to stylisation.

Her eyes are actually better her than some other drawings you've made. They're not perfect, but they're pretty close in terms of positioning. I will give credit where credit is due.

If you want some practice, I recommend tracing. It can help you acquire better line stability, and you can potentially learn how anatomy and the like work better. Now I don't recommend using tracing to make your final drafts, but definitely do it to learn a little. Even references can help you, and there are ton on DA. You seem to be an artist who is open to criticism, and that's a good thing. There is a potential somewhere in you.
