Dr. Helen Jekyll is a leading scientist at Cavendish Labs whose experiment combining two experimental drugs created a serum which she tested on herself. From this, her alter-ego emerges. Far removed from the small, thin and reserved Helen, Elizabeth or "Liz" Hyde is a tall, richly voluptuous and hedonistic woman who indulges in all the doctor will not. This leads onto a double life for as Helen studies, but is drawn to the freedom of her other nature while Liz seeks pleasure from wherever she desires about town.
