Description
Overview: Rojo, formerly one of Ben Tennyson's enemies, became a dangerous yet stronger and advanced Circuit Breaker for working under Quintessa as her super soldier Cybertronian Hybrid, and also the arch-nemesis and rival to Julie Yamamoto/Armorstrike.

Details: Rojo made very little appearance in Ben 10 as just a 'regular stereotypical villain', who either performed the robbery and stealing of money and jewelries or being hired by top ranked villain to take out the hero and get what they wanted, as long as she get paid and give the hero beatdown. And nothing much about her. So, I have mixed feelings about her.

While still working on Ben 10 True Omniverse including Season 2 Episode 4 and Armor of Demon (I), I gave some thoughts of what to do with Rojo. Not only she's a leader of gangster for hired and performed robbery, I added another interesting concept in her characteristic, serving as both arch-nemesis and foil to Julie Yamamoto, whom I make her as main character and member of Team Ben, and also make her as Pretender and Cybertronian Hybrid. As the arch-nemesis to Armorstrike; Rojo disliked losing to an inexperienced rookie or sidekick, making her a laughingstock and embarrassment as well as ruining her reputation as bad girl and criminal. The foil between Julie/Armorstrike and Rojo/Circuit Breaker is very intriguing I've devised. She maybe a Cybertronian Hybrid and created by Quintessa; Julie doesn't want to inherit the dark legacy, throwing away everything and everyone she knows and love, using her Cybertronian powers to do good deeds and help her friends, and also refused abandoning her humanity. But contrast to Rojo, she's willing to give up her humanity and accepting anything including machinery to empower her for becoming the most dangerous criminal and defeating her enemies, regarding the innocents and injured standing in her way.

As for the design of Rojo, I originally envisioned her to wear mixed version of OS and UAF armor and design but it felt a bit plain and boring. But thanks to Chris McFeely's Transformers the Basic - Circuit Breaker, I was intrigued and inspired by her design, whom reminded me of Rojo. It was where, I decided to redesign Rojo to be a Cybertronian-Hybrid Outlier for possessing electrical energy power and using Cybertronian Armor, which is based on both Omniverse design and TFP Arcee's armor design, which fit them well. Originally, I wanted to based the design on Circuit Breaker's armor, I kinda felt that design is overly sexualized and ridiculous to fit for Rojo, who doesn't like showing off her body to show how good looking she is. She prefer weapons and armor over her looks and fashions, though I left eyepatch-like circuit on her left eye as reference to Circuit Breaker from G1 Comic Books. Interestingly, I also renamed her as Circuit Breaker, named after her since she's no longer part of Transformers since after G1 Version.

Personality: Like any stereotypical gangster or villain; Rojo is a selfish, greedy, violent and amoral tomboy who is not hesitant to attack innocent bystanders simply because they annoy her. She's also more than willing to harm children like Ben and Gwen. She also like to belittle and mocked either allies or enemies; depending on their fighting skills and how fare their missions are. She rarely shown her respect to any client as long as she gets the job done and paid for it. But for Quintessa, Rojo trusted and respected her for treating her and her gang well. She is also can be very prideful and arrogant as she consider herself to be the baddest and fiercest criminal on Earth due to her fighting and sharpshooting skills. She has a fierce rivalry with Julie Yamamoto, whom she considered to be rookie and green to Team Ben, and also refused to believe that she's able to beat her in a fight.

B) Circuit Breaker Armor: A new yet upgraded and advanced armor that has already attached and merged together with Rojo, becoming a Cybertronian Hybrid with powerful and advanced weapons.
- Cybertronian Dark Blaster: Armed with two Cybertronian Pistols-like that blasted limited shots at her targets.
- Cybertronian Shark Attack Rifle: An upgraded version of her old weapons that carried a unique laser rifle with a shark-teeth design on the front of the barrel.
- Death Scimitar: A scimitar that is made of Cybertronian Alloy and Metal, and capable to creating powerful electrical shocks and storm on her enemies.
- Barrier: Can summoned a rounded shape force-field to block and deflect the attacks.
- Electrical Energy Ball: Circuit Breaker's capable of creating a small energy-like Light Attack at her enemies.
- Electrical Shock: Circuit Breaker's most powerful and deadly attack that is capable of shocking and electrocuting her enemies to be weaken or to death.
- Electric Stun: Circuit Breaker can stunned and paralyzed her enemies for the moment, giving her chance to fight and strike them down.
- Electrical Power Beam: Circuit Breaker's core-like weapon concentrated and unleashed the most powerful and devastating largest beam at her enemies.
