Overview: Inspired by Ben 10's heroics, a young optimistic and instinctive Lula joined the Plumbers and became another member of Team Ben as the rookie, private and also apprentice to Ben 10 himself.

Details: I do not own Lula as this OC belonged to Kuro the Artist, who is the Creator of Ben 10 and Danny Phantom Crossover Comic Book - 5 Years Later. It's quite an interesting crossover story and even make Eon a more interesting villain as a tragic victim and villain, who was trying to save his world but end up trapping in the loop as Ben 10 for years. But it's also the reason why I rethink to have Eon and Malturant back as the villains for Ben 10 True Omniverse Season 8 & 9, which crossover with nine shows that I like (Check out on Arc 8: Shattered World and Arc 9: Unity for more information). I already reworked on Eon's backstory and villain role as well.

Lula is an OC character that I like and admire of. She has an interesting background, character development, capability and her relationship with both team and Ben 10. Kuro the Artist describe her relationship with Ben 10 mirroring and parallel to him and his grandfather from OS. I agreed to that. I think it's a good idea that the hero might grown up and have the apprentice to train, pass both the teachings and torch to and also to have mentor-student relationship as either family relationship or friendship bonding, similar to Anakin-Ahsoka, Twilight-Starlight Glimmer, Shadow Dragon-Arcee (MLP), Optimus Prime-Bumblebee, Peter Parker-Miles Morales, Batman and Bat Family and so on.

The design wise of Lula is completely based on Kuro the Artist's version, along with his early draft that has her cute cat-like eyes and has three important signature features - purple-black colors fur, blue mark on forehead and two freckles on her face. As for her clothing, I will not draw the Plumber Suit since it's a standard uniform for all Plumbers. So, her casual suit - pale yellowish singlet, bluish-greenish shorts and long black legging sockings-like comes from a Lula fanart, which does fit her and her personality. But I added more into it such as dark navy hoodie clothes with yellowish stripes and Citrakaya Icon on both shoulder, black long sleeves and also the bluish tiger tooth-like necklace, which was given by her father.

Personality: Lula is a young, optimistic, confident and brave Citrakayah, who wanted to prove herself that she's a capable fighter and speedster for the team. She sometimes get impatient, impulsive and feisty when people treated her as a kid or not giving her a chance for her capabilities and handling the situation. She often relied on her gut feelings over direct orders, which is her flaw and often got into trouble with her superiors. Lula holds a deep insecurity over her speed, due to the Citrakayah race often being considered inferior to the Kinecelerans. Despite her bravado and flaws; she is sensitive, generous and kindhearted, who cared both her family and friends, whom she became very close and did everything she can not to disappoint them especially Ben 10, whom she looked up to as both a hero and an older brother figure to her.

B) Throwing Knives: Twin Winged Knives-like served as her primary weapons to either throw them at her enemies from distance or engaged the enemies head on.

Super Speed: Lula can run at extreme speeds, being a young Citrakayah. The fur on her arms and legs help with her aerodynamics while running, enabling her to keep her balance.

Super Sensor: Lula has powerful hearing and smell, and can see with little-to-no light.

Combative Skill: Lula has strong and swift combat skills against the enemies. She is quite adaptive to the fighting styles as well.

Spiking Strikes: Lula has sharped spikes on her elbows that allows her to cut down and destroy her enemies and weapons at ease.

Battle Roar: Battle Roars allows Lula to unleash her devastating fury of roar to decrease and lower enemies' confidence and morale, thus allowing him to charge and defeat them.

Claw Strike: Lula nails extended in clawing and engaging her enemies and their weapons in the fierce combat.

Enhanced Reflexes: Lula can react to obstacles and attacks at extraordinary speeds.

Enhanced Strength: Lula's super strength allows her to carry large objects while in motion, as well as successfully fight much larger, tougher opponents.

Weaknesses:
Speed Limits: There is a limit to how fast Fasttrack can run, as he can have a hard time stopping if he runs too quickly. Despite his enhanced speed, Fasttrack is physically slower than Kinecelerans.

Specific Surfaces: Unable to run on certain surfaces like ice, which can make Fasttrack slip very easily, or even sticky area that could trap him at once.

Momentum: If Lula is running fast enough, she has trouble stopping.

Fur: The way her fur grows helps keep her balance while running. If her fur is damaged, it can impact her aerodynamics and balance.
