1-2. This was suppose to be The President Catching Princess with his cane and spinning around so he can both her moment and add his to slam her against the wall.
3. She is supposed to be cartoonishly spinning her arms around and kicking her legs out while pinned.

How, exactly, did Princess actually get to his universe and eve have the technology to get there/know the Powerpunks?

Well the Powerpunk Girls aren't exactly a secret. In their first official appearance they wrecked the city. As for the rest, Princess is rich. If the mirror Universe can create a portal to get the Powerpuff Girls back to Townsville in less then a day, its not a stretch to think Princess can achieve the same. Presuming the technology doesn't already exist.
