Description
This is my favorite picture that I have drawn of the main character of the book I am writing. I actually created the character waaaaay back in 1985. The book started off as a comic. I was going to try to self publish (not that I knew what all that involved) but I needed to get a story written before I started drawing... the story went through a lot of changes and STILL isn't completed. I do hope to one day publish it as a novel. (and/or a graphic novel)Ashe is the son of Ares and Aphrodite... born able a diminsional teleporter... taught to fight by the Amazons... and if you look at the rest of the gallery you'll see that he was turned into a were-lion... and there are still a couple more changes for him in the future.

Thanks... I just liked the look on his face (the crooked grin I guess) Was just pleased the way it turned out (though there are a couple of things I would change... who 's ever 100% satisfied?)

Thanks... I have had negative comments (on Elfwood) about the hairy chest thing. Ashe, Ares, Eros... all have them (but then again they are all related in my story... genetics)... Anyway, Ashe is the first character I ever created (waaaaayyyyy back in 1985) He's actually based on someone i use to know... blond hair, blue blue eyes, dark (almost black) facial and body hair...

If you notice the pointy cross hatch at the top left... that was actually going to be "subtle" vampire teeth. Glad you like the picture... I was kinda proud of it myself (just wish I could have gotten the whole spear in... it's a Spartan spear)
