I didn't even mean to, I just got these ideas stuck in my head and they wouldn't go away till I drew em

Anyhow, made a contest where you have to make a pre evo and alternate evo to Murkrow, his favourite Pokemon ^^. Here are mine.

Magchik is a play on magic, and Swalune is...well, Swan and lune (french for moon). And yes, I know Light isn't a pokemon type, but in mssingno's Ouroh dex it is, so there. Ha!

Evolves into Murkrow with max happiness

It loves to trick people by pretending to be a hat, and when someone comes to pick it up, jump up and squawk at them. MAGCHIK is able to create weak illusions, which it uses to capture its prey, since it's not strong enough to chase after them itself.

In old legends SWALUNE was said to have been sent by the Moon to trick the Sun with one of his illusions, and managed to trap part of the Sun’s light in the orb in his tail. The Sun then gave chase to the POKEMON, trying to get it back. This is why SWALUNE was thought to always be seen right before dusk.
