Welp, considering how poorly the WIP for this one is doing I suppose this won’t get much attention, but I wanted to finish it anyway and here it is.

I really started to pay attention to reflected light and how the surrounding is affecting the shadow colours (well at least I tried to, it’s probably not perfect, but it was a good exercise).

Something I learnt:

Shadows are not universally cooler than the lights. They will take the colour of the surrounding. Since we usually draw scenes that happen outside, a large part of the surrounding is the sky, which makes the shadows bluish. Here though we have a very warm orange environment making the shadows verily warm. The only shadow I made bluish is the one made by the ghost on the vase, since there will be some blue from his body reflecting on to the vase.
