Sorry for being 5 years late....but I think I have a better answer for you now! After trying several software, it would seem Photoshop is still the best tool for coloring!

hi..yeah when i did this colouring, i did it entirely in photoshop but nowadays my workflow includes doing flats in Manga Studio and then importing the work to photoshop for shading....
