I think you're not the only one who feels stuck, almost all the time I feel the same way than you ... sometimes I start a picture and take a week to finish the sketch but I'm just practicing.

If you had seen my pictures from two years ago, they really sucks! hahaha looked like a 5 year old child ...
tip: try practicing with the backgrounds

oke, i always try to practicing with background.
now i learn with some reference..
when i finish my work with bckground, i'll show to you. .

SORRY FOR THE LATE ANSWER
well ... when an artist feel stuck, maybe it's because of problems at work, with the girlfriend, money, etc.. and can not concentrate on his work
try to draw something simple (like bear with a jigsaw lol). maybe that can open your perspective to the next sketch or drawing easier. That helps me sometimes

There really is no trick to stop feeling stuck
one guy said: "No artist is pleased with their work, all the artists think their art sucks"

Keep working hard, the truth is that your art is very good.
Take long to draw with ease and speed
