Sure, but from a distance.   The amount of weight that Kyle or IdealStrenght has to use to get some meaningful tension in their muscles means that they tend to lift -infrastructure- during their workouts.
You know, buildings, bridges, that sort of thing!

What do you mean "Kyle can't handle it"?!?   Of *course* he can handle it!

I merely meant that you, as a non-super-powered spectator, had best watch their workout from afar.       So you don't get hurt. Kyle, your husband, would never do anything on *purpose* but you know how he sometimes does not pay attention to his environment...

 I know of an observation window up hight that I can observe all the beef doing all the stuff that beefy hunky muscle heads do!      So I'll be safe and can watch the action!
