Description
After humanizing the co-op bots, I wanted to try my hand at the other robots (and Chell). Feel free to use these designs for stuff, just credit me and preferably link back to my page. For GLaDOS, I was able to reference both Ellen McLain (her voice actor) and Laura Dubuk (Caroline's face model), and for Wheatley, I referenced his voice actor, Stephen Merchant. For the others, though, I couldn't exactly do that, so I had to more or less had to pull designs out my ass based only on personality and one base colour. It was a fun challenge! I did sort of reference Mike Patton's face for Anger Core, but not his body.

Here are some specific design notes:
Chell -- Obviously I didn't actually design this one, I just drew my interpriation her. I did look up her model's height though, and it turns out she's only 5'4" (still taller than me, though). I estimated that the boots would make her about 5'7", and kept that in mind when drawing other characters in comparison.
GLaDOS -- I wanted her hair and clothes to resemble the shape of her robot body, while making her face more or less the same as Caroline's (it just makes sense). I decided on a dress / labcoat combo with long gloves and boots. And, of course, she wears stilettos, because she's gotta be tall and badass all the time. I wanted her to be simultaneously very human and nonhuman, much like her character, so I gave her pure white skin and hair, and black eyes with yellow, pupil-less irises.
Cores in general -- I went back and forth with how to dress them, but eventually I settled on an altered version of the outfit I gave the bots. Namely, these boots are much simpler and aren't meant for testing, and them being black makes the characters more balanced. As for the handles, I felt they were important to the design of the actual cores, so I wanted to incorporate them into the outfits somehow, and I settled on the shoulders. I also decided to give them human colouring, to contrast against both GLaDOS and the bots (who are more human than GLaDOS, but less so than the cores).
Morailty Core -- I like the idea that she as a human would be very reserved, but also silently judging you all the time, so I tried to convey this with her stiff posture and clean hairstyle. I also see her as sort of a symbol of Chell, who is the moral one between her and GLaDOS (and not to mention both are silent), so I incorporated some design elements from both GLaDOS and Chell into Morality.
Curiosity Core -- This was one of the easier designs for me to come up with; I just kept everything round and cute, and posed her to show her fascination with everything around her.
Logic Core -- This design, by contrast, was probably the hardest for me to do. I knew what colourscheme I wanted to use (teal and brown is one of my fave combinations), but I wasn't sure about anything else. She went through a LOT of different iterations before I settled on this one. With her dilated pupils and monotone babbling, she seems pretty spaced out. Her hairstyle is actually the one I initially gave GLaDOS (sans the cowlick), and I gave her a little chub because, well, cake.
Anger Core -- I wanted him to be just like a massive, scary looking dude who seems almost feral (hence the mouth foam). He's actually only the 2nd tallest, though. Unlike the other GLaDOS cores, I made him male because of his voice actor.
Wheatley -- I found out how tall Merchant was and I couldn't not make Wheatley that height, because I love working with extremes. That being said, I still wanted to make him seem pretty feeble, so I gave him lanky limbs, very poor posture, and an uncertain pose. However, if he straightens himself out and gets confident, he's certainly still capable of seeming threatening (or at least trying to be).
Space Core -- I love his spontaneous personality, so I gave him a very energetic pose, a huge grin, and voluminous hair. He's just so excited about space! I originally coloured his hair blond, but it was too similar to his yellow and just ended up looking off, so I made him ginger instead, which proved to work out well.
Rick -- I tried to picture the most stereotypically masculine person I could, and I drew that. I referenced Indiana Jones a little bit for his face, because how could I not. I also felt like olive skin was appropriate, since he's green. Does that count as a stealth pun?
Fact Core -- Similar to Rick, I drew a typical nerdy-looking guy, but rather than looking weak like Wheatley, I made sure to give him an air of smugness. After all, he is the most intelligent sphere.

Mandatory is the guy with the glasses, right? Because if so it matches his personality.

Adorable Chell ^^''
Though I never really liked humanized cores all that much.
It takes away from their "robotness", since they never were human in the first anyway...
A humanized GLaDOS would be the only one that kinda makes sense as her body is shaped like an upside down woman and because she's (a pissed off) Caroline crammed into computer (didn't actually wanted to put into a computer). Though robotic enough to not be fully seen as a human.
I would like to see GLaDOS design a proper body for herself, so she can move around more.
While still having a wireless link to the Aperture mainframe. ^^
