Description I finally finished my style challenge! I've been working on this since January. I'll probably write up descriptions for my thoughts on each one when I'm not like, super tired.

Look at all them Moranas.

EDIT 11/10/2017: Now that I'm NOT dying from lack of sleep, here's some details:

When I first set out to do this, I wanted to pick art styles that either influenced my art or ones that I thought would challenge me to replicate. I started off with a list of around 65, so I had to weed out quite a bit before I settled on these. Namely, I tried to cut it down to styles that were all very different from each other, and also cutting out ones that I hadn't actually read/seen or didn't have human characters.

Funnily enough, the hardest part of a lot of these was figuring out how to draw her hairbow and her turtleneck. Figuring out how to properly show wavy hair rather than straight hair was also interesting.

01. My style (January 2017) -- My normal cartoon style.

02. Adventure Time -- I don't draw a lot of influence from AT, but I know that simplistic styles can be some of the more difficult to nail down. Main refs: Bubblegum and Marceline

03. Archer -- Replicating the semi-real comic-book-esq style was a challenge. Also, most of the characters are adults, so I had to figure out how to draw a teen. Main refs: Pam and Cheryl

04. Bleach -- Of all of these, I'm probably the least pleased with this one. Tite Kubo's colouring style is pretty difficult to replicate digitally. Main ref: Orihime

05. Corpse Bride -- Can you even do a style challenge without trying Tim Burton? I based it off his 2D drawings for the movie, and some of his other art. Main ref: Emily

06. Dangan Ronpa -- I guess she'd be SHSL Entomologist, if that wasn't already taken. This was one of the hardest styles by far; digital painting is not my forte. Main refs: Kirigiri and Sonia

07. Disney Princess -- Surprisingly easy, aside from perhaps the airbrush colouring. Main ref: Ariel

08. Fairly Odd Parents -- Similar to Archer, trying to draw a teen character in a show without many teens can be a challenge. Main refs: Vicky and Wanda

09. FLCL -- I LOVE the art in the manga, it's what drew me towards it in the first place. I've... actually never seen the anime. Emulating coloured pencils digitally is a bit tricky. Main ref: Mamimi

10. Futurama -- She looks so awkward in this style, but I guess that's normal lol. Main refs: Leela and some background characters

11. Gravity Falls -- This one was fun! Honestly, with her weirdness, she'd fit right in with the rest of the cast. Main refs: Wendy and Mable

12. Invader Zim -- Another art style I love, another show without many teens. Main refs: "human"!Zim and some background characters

13. Lucky Star -- You can't get much more moe than Lucky Star. The style is so cute though, and it was one of my first animes! Main refs: Miyuki and Tsukasa

14. Madoka Magica -- I wonder what she would wish for? Her weapons would definitely be based on fencing. This one turned out okay, but it's one of the weaker ones imo. Main ref: Madoka

15. Making Fiends -- The hardest one by far, obviously. Main ref: Charlotte

16. Mob Psycho 100 -- Not sure how well this one turned out? I have mixed feelings about it. Everything in that show is so green! Main ref: Takane

17. My Life as a Teenage Robot -- I love the way this show mixes modern cartoons with classic ones! It was actually fairly easy to adapt Morana to it, because the designs are someone flexible in their shapes. Main refs: two specific background characters

18. Osomastu-San -- I suppose I could've based her more off of how they draw the "pretty" female characters, but it was more fun to draw her like one of the brothers. Main refs: the sextuplets, duh

19. Over the Garden Wall -- Simple yet dynamic shapes, plus muted colours. Main ref: Lorna and human!Beatrice

20. Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt -- God I love this art style. It was tricky to pull off, but honestly this is one of the best ones. Main refs: Panty and Stocking (lol)

21. Peanuts -- Deceptively simple; much harder to replicate than you would think. Plus, again, trying to think of how a teen would look in a world of kids. Main refs: I don't actually remember

22. Pokemon -- Based mostly on the art from the XY/ORAS era. Main refs: Serena and various NPCs

23. Pop Team Epic -- Ah, you are motherfucker? Main refs: Popuko and Pipimi

24. Powerpuff Girls -- Man, getting those distorted proportions correct was a challenge. Main ref: Blossom

25. Rick and Morty -- Figuring out her hairstyle was the hardest part of this one. Also, I had to give her that face. Main refs: Morty and Morticia (so, both Morty, I guess)

26. Sailor Moon -- This may have been the hardest one overall, actually. Mainly it was the facial proportions and the hair that threw me off. The airbrush colouring wasn't easy either, though. Main refs: Minako and Usagi

27. Scott Pilgrim VS The World -- Not sure how well I nailed this one. I love the way Brian Lee O'Malley draws bodies, so I was a little disappointed I was only drawing the bust. Main ref: Ramona

28. Steven Universe -- On the flip side of what I mentioned with MLAATR, having a very flexible art style can also be a challenge to figure out how to best translate the character... Main ref: Amethyst

29. Studio Ghibli -- I kinda merged a couple of movie styles together?? Main refs: Kiki, Arietty, and Haru

30. My Style (November 2017) -- I couldn't decide if I wanted to end with realism or my own style again, but I'm glad I settled for the latter, because you can definitely see my growth over the past eleven months :3

Oh. I’ve done that style with a human character in the same style as Elmer Fudd or Mindy from Animaniacs

You're welcome! Also, hello! I'm Nickolas (autistic 19-year old big-hearted dreamer who's doing fine)! How's today and yourself? What can I call you? Care to see my profile and Gwen x Eduard ship/ideas if you'd like?

If Sony sells its entertainment assets............If Sony sells its entertainment assets to various companies and focuses on its technological mojo, just like its new CEO Kenichiro Yoshida planned it (he did say "Change is urgent", after all),
https://www.business2community.com/entertainment/sony-pictures-might-sale-means-02006706
https://www.cbr.com/sony-television-film-for-sale-marvel-spider-man/
here's some possibilities about what could happen:
* If Sony sells its TV/film assets -- the Sony Pictures Entertainment group -- to either my future studio Dreamiverse Studios, Warner Bros. or Paramount, as :iconMickeycraft392: planned it, or Disney, as :iconKawaiiWonder: said, we could see better movies or television shows. Even better, the movie rights to all the Spider-Man characters could get back into the Marvel Cinematic Universe completely.
** What's more, either Warner Bros.' or Paramount's animation divisions might merge with Sony Pictures Animation.
* If Sony sells its music assets to either EMI, UMG or WMG, we could get improved Gwen X Eduard!Dear DeviantARTists,
I think that I might have some people (mainly :iconDarkmoon-Esther:, :iconsabreleopard: and :iconmastergamer20 that found the idea of a reddish pink goth by the name of Eduard Nochkoshmar (from my project, The Imagination of Nick, Eduard and Buddy) and a teal goth, namely Total Drama's Gwen, that might want to see them on national TV. If their owners'll let me. And anyway, if my RPs with KawaiiWonder, mastergamer20, sabreleopard, Ashen-Esther and InigmaBoy are any indication, I think that Eduard should make a great companion for Gwen and they would likely be friends rather than love interests. And as :iconPyraDemonia: pointed out, if they were siblings, Gwen will fill in as the "protective older sibling" type very well.
* Both are goths.
* Both are the opposites of the usual genders (Gwen is masculine; Eduard is feminine)
* Both wear their dyed hair in bob-cuts (Gwen's brown-hair worn in a bob-cut has light and dark teal and dark green streaks; Eduard's nat
