Inspired by this very nice work [link] from [link]And Precapice, I have to agree with you, I also "got tired of looking at the fugly white standard zip file" So, thank you for your work and your inspiration!
These icons are for the three main types of compressed files in my opinion, ZIP, RAR and 7Z, to be used with this great app called Keka. You can download Keka here [link]
Please, just do not ask me for the leather background used here, I know that it is not wonderful and I don't want to sound rude, but due to a "rip off" of my Leather Desktop Screenshot I'm not sharing more my backgrounds. Sorry, but I hope you understand.

It don't matter if you don't want to give a background or not.. If people want to Rip you off, Or Copybot your work, then they're going to do it no matter what you do or don't do.
I agree it's not nice because US the real End user lose's out in the end..
Personally I'd not care, because there going to do it no matter what.

like ~Precapice said the shadows are more dark than the common icons in the system, but not really a big problem.
I would love to use it in the new version of Keka...

I believe this one is better than other icons you "liked" on your user-page, because it gives me a "fossiled" impression. Indeed, filed that have already been compressed are "fossiled" because it cannot become bigger itself without help of Keka.
However, for self-extractors, I prefer an icon with an alive bug.

I came back after checking out the icns just to tell you you should drop down the shadow it is to dark.
