ABOUT TARGA:
"Targa is a multithreading story based mostly on various RPG games. Plot of the manga in placed in medieval-gothic-baroque-modernist reality of fantasy world with domination of medieval, in which constant war between nations carry on.
In result of arising conflict between high elves and necromanciers a war breaks. Necromanciers have gathered their biggest elf enemies and using magic have separated a territory in elf kingdom (Sylfi) creating Raphar valley. It happens exactly 28 years ago. The created barrier was called magical or mountain barrier.
Separated nations in Raphar are: High elves, Common elves, Humans (they are allies) and Necromansier, Orcs, Harpies (allied antagonists)
Targa is a kind of a country, military organization. It was created by 5 most powerful and strongest warriors, further called Leaders. They are dictators and rules, politics, economy and army.
Inside Raphar magic does not work so all the nations have to fight using weapons such as swords, halberds, bows etc.

ABOUT NEBULA:

Nebula is the main character. Her father dies before she was born, while mother deserted as a warrior for unknown reasons so Targa sentenced her to death. Nebula became an orphan automatically accepted to a training center for children. She was therefore growing full of anger and frustration, unable to fight Targa, but living in their center, she has been repressing her feelings. Due to a gossip about her mother as a traitor, she was not accepted by children and lived as an outcast. The only person favourable to her turned out to be the most popular girl in the center named Lobelia who accepted her bothersome, quiet and emotionless character.
Nebula is disciplined, precise, conscientious and outstandingly talented which resulted in quick promotion to a warrior 3rd degree (last of education levels). Having owned many abilities, first thing she does after leaving the center is desertion. “Targas” plot begins when Nebula after over 13 years of hiding away, during several circumstances is asked to take care of Lobelias daughter Lippo.
Nebula goes to the oldest and most understanding Leader, Aristo. After a long conversation and many unpleasant conditions he allows her to come back to Targa community. Nebula, after proving her devotion, in a short period of time takes Lippo from Sellena (Elves capital owned by Aristo). Here the main plot begins.
Nebula is a person who always holds back her emotions. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t have feelings. However, her attitude towards Lippo is cold. In spite of that, girl in time gets to love her, always trying to break a wall that nobody, neither her, not even other manga characters can break.
“Targas” plot reveals into two main threads. First of them are journeys and challenges set by Targa’s Leader’s for Nebulas group (composed of six characters). Second thread is an untypical assignment that Targa has decided to entrust to the main protagonist. That is teaching martial arts in the Targa’s teenage center in Quon. There we meet students of the age 12-14 creating groups of friends and enemies.
To her students Nebula is the same as to the rest of the world. Which is dull. She is rough and inscrutable, while her students are unorganized, undisciplined, and are not obedient at all. That is why Nebulas work is just as big of a challenge as raising a child, which is: unwanted.
