i wanted to make something very textured... idk if i succeded cause this doesnt look that good but eh, this was meant to be more a practice/filler doodle thing anyways. i have like the opposite of artblock rn i have so many fucking ideas im paralyzed/frozen and cant fucking pick one cause im too intimidated by starting one and then it not turning out good or anything 😔 ugh

this is technically a redraw of sorts of something i did for a final assignment for my relief printmaking class last-last term. yes i made a fuckign piko vocaloid woodcut IK CRINGE/CRAZY WHATEVER. bruh lemme tell you having to explain to a whole ass room of people (who apparently have never heard of hatsune miku??) how the entire concept of vocaloid works and ON TOP of that the whole mess w/ piko??? fucking embarrassing as hell man 😭😭 2/10 not doing that again

i don't think i'll actually show what the irl prints look like b/c... they did not come out that good imo i dont really like em 😔 but this is pretty similar to the whole thing they were anyways: blue + black ink on white watercolor paper, w/ some watercolor coloring + splashes and shit. ya.

this digital art piece here is honestly way better than the real prints tbh i wish i'd handed smthn like this in it looks a lot nicer 😭😭😭😭 i just cannot fuckng carve wood man

i do still think the fucking message here is really funny in a sardonic/sarcastic way. yeah its a ref to piko never getting an update so [my personal thought that] people should stop hoping so much for it cause its not happening, but also agonizing and taking long as hell to make this fucking print and having it be like "JUST GIVE UP ON ME" all at you. like hakjskjghkjhkg

also fuck this bitch's complicated ass design. bruh the boots + headphones + bottom of his dress thing what the HELLLL 😭😭😭 its cool as hell but what the fuckkk mann i suck at drawing technological shit
