I made another species for no reason other than because the Mortals Universe is basically just an extended AU that needs everything fleshed out.

Lethecun
--They're overseers of the afterlife.
--There are two types, ones that can destroy souls, and ones that can wipe memories
--the 'acid' ones are generally younger and way more common
--the lethe ones are generally ancient as there are so few, and think clothes are for the weak

Tiberius
Often bored, likes sleeping
he lives at the library in the counch in the reading section
Lost his right arm(and part of his ear) as a youngling to the hellhound whose skull is now on his tail.
The skull on his tail is just a skull, but he talks through it and tries to convince people it's alive.
his horns are a bit crocked and ingrown and generally uncomfortable
he hates working, but Piper likes him(since most signle digits are cocky jerks) so he hasn't been fired yet
