I would definitely sell my mum for more application folder icons like that! They are great.

1. you need to unzip the file
If you are on a pc then you right click on the folder you want to change the icon for and then click on properties then click the customize tab and choose change icon. Then choose browse and navigate to where you downloaded the folder and select the ico file and then click OK.
If you are on a mac the you need to find the folder you want to change the icon for and control click get info. Then navigate to the icns icon that you want and drag it to the top left of the folder info.
