I really like your idea and style.
I also like that, while the wolf is drawn nice and clean, you drew the background with a blur. Which of course makes sense, since the focus is on Little Red Riding Wolf.
While it makes sense to draw the kid in a simplistic manner to make it a part of the background, I would prefer to see it in a similiar style as the wolf.
But honestly, that's just a personal preference.
If I could color my drawings like you did with that wolf, I could die a happy death. Β

And i want to say why The kid looks as it looks...
A. In The first concept it wasn't even supose to be there! XD
B. It was drawn after i draw The trees (I so proud of The way they turned out... I couldn't erase them to make more space for The kid... XD my trees i usualy REALLY BAAAAAAAD...)
C. I thought about drawing her hand on The tree... But my hand drawing skills are the worst!
D. After i spent like 3 hours on The wolf and background i was sooo tired i Just drew it like this (btw. It was In the middle of The night...)
PS. The way he was colored was sooo highly experimental... I colored something then erased it than colored it again... I was Just playing around with it that's why it took sooo much time...
To be honest i wasn't happy with The way he looks... But after seeing all these positive comments i am really proud i color him that way... XD

Every artist is his own harshest critic... or atleast should be. It holds us back from thinking that everything we spit out is gold.
Just make sure that the way you look at your own art keeps you moving forward. And do not make doubts slow you down.
From my point of view the wolf turned out great.
After you spent hours of creating this image, you see it differently.
So, you weren't 100% satisfied with the way it turned out. That's great. Because you see flaws that I - even after a second and third look - do not see.
Next time you draw a wolf, you know which parts were difficult to draw and will probably focus on them - finding new methods and solutions.
About drawing hands...
I hope that you atleast tried several times to get the hand right before deciding to not include it.
There are so many bones in one hand.. No wonder they are difficult to draw. But don't avoid them. Just try it and the practice will pay off.

Till like 2 years back i thought ALL my art is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL thing In The world...
It was really shallow i know but it was The thing that made me draw...
Now i am very critical when it comes to my "serious" art (contest; commisions; most things i post on dA)... I see things i made wrong and try to correct it... It does not mean i will stop drawing! Oh nooooo! It's one of very few things i can spent hours on and do not get bored (i can get tired or run out of ideas but i am never fed up with it! 
Bout hands... I am not saying i do not draw them Cause i do... A lot actually... XD but they are baaad...(they mostly look As if they were mittens...) I doodle lots of humans In school and i dont mean some weird/manga/ugly things with even weider outfits... But comics like people doing diffrent often insane stuff... Comics, scenes, TONS OF FANARTS of stupid things me and my best friend read/watch... (I would post them on dA but they are all In polish... XD)
