The colors are very eye-catching, the blue on the character really helps it stand out against the green and orange background, so great job with that!
The only thing I'd say to do is add a darker layer of shading and maybe add some rim lighting. Something like this?
Like he's in a dark cave with the sand coming down from a hole in the ceiling. I don't know, haha.

Some small critiques (I hope that's alright)! The background could be a tad more defined. It's ok to have a blurry background, but make sure things have a definitive shape. The background you did would work better, however, if the character was sprinting past something and everything was a blur ^^
As for the character, the colors really compliment each other and overall the anatomy is good. The wings look really cool in my opinion and, although it sticks out a bit, I like the rainbow piece on her flank. The lighting and shading is pretty decent, though I feel there should be a bit more in some places (ex. The underside of the wings)
Overall it looks appealing and is in no way a badly drawn piece. Keep up the good work!
