I want to know where her lungs are. She has two sets of shoulders, and the belly only goes half way up her lower half.

Believe it or not(if I recall), chakats have two sets of almost every organ, so there's one set in her upper torso and one in the lower.

I suppose that reduces need for a doctors visit, though it must frustrate the hell out of those in diagnostics. "It must be lung cancer." "...But I can breathe fine." "Yeah well you have four lungs." "...Which lung is it in?" "WHO ARE YOU?! MRS. QUESTIONFACE?!" heh.
