I love the fluid movements of all the goldfish! And also how you've made her dress look like fins. The colours and composition are fabulous. In fact, there's very little I don't like about this picture.

Your anime-girl reminds me of a mixture between Ponyo and Tina, the robot girl from anime Metropolis. Her expression is well achieved like "woah, hello pretty fish!"
