Somehow I always depicted elephants as cute chubby creatures that have ears they use for flying.I blame Dumbo and Winni the Pooh for that >8D

2nd Trick-or-treating HouseΒ
Candy litters the bottom of your pumpkin basket. You scamper towards the house, looming in the distance. That's weird! There appear to be no lights inside. Wind whistles through the cracked window panels. As you slowly pad up the stairs, you notice a fine layer of dust covering everything on the porch. It looks like it hasn't been touched in centuries. You cautiously approach the door. The door swings open with a creeeak, as if someone knows you're here... An old rocking chair sits in the middle of the room, and there seems to be nothing else inside. Without you knowing, the door slams shut. The room turns pitch black, the only light from the window shining upon the rocking chair. The chair starts tilting back and forth, except there's no one sitting on it? A scream tries to escape from your throat, but the dusty and stuffy air seems to push it back. BOO! All the lights flicker on and Jello prances out. It actually looks like a lovely house, fully furnished, except you somehow couldn't see anything but the creepy old rocking chair when you first came in. Jello bounds over to a counter filled with bowls of candy, ranging from a pile of candy corns to a rack of caramel apples.

"You scared me Jello!" Chaona squeals, shaking a tiny bit but excited at finding another house. "Trick or treat!"

extra credit story --
Chaona trotted through the grass, looking around and seeing the elephants and their big ears. "The next house must be around here somewhere!" She peered around, and suddenly spotted a rickety house. Trotting towards it as quick as she could, she felt the wind begin to pick up. It whipped through the window panels, and one banged against the house, making Chaona jump. She carefully padded up the old-looking stairs. Suddenly, the door flew up and a yell rang out - "BOO!" Jello appeared in front of Chaona, and suddenly the house was lit up and looking lovely. Chaona looked around, surprised that such a scary looking house could now look so inviting. She peered inside, glancing lavish furniture and pretty lights. Remembering Jello, she looked back. "You scared me Jello!" she said with a laugh. "Trick or treat!" Chaona squealed, wondering what she would get. She grinned at the candy behind Jello, drooling at a caramel apple. She smiled as Jello dropped some candy into her bag, but decided to wait to see what she got. She nodded to Jello, "Thanks, happy halloween!" She said happily. She turned around to start toward the next house, wondering if she would have to take a nice swim to get there.

Extra credit:
Peering inside her fruit color themed trick-or-treat bag, Melon noticed with disappointment that only a few pieces of candy littered the bottom.Β
"I hope the next house will have a more generous host," Melon said out loud to herself.
Finally, Melon saw the faint outlines of a house in the distance, and noticed that it had a spooky vibe to it. Shivering, she picked up her pace. Hesitantly, Melon tip toed up the stairs and softly knocked on the dusty door. She had just touched the door when it suddenly swung open widely. Taken aback, Melon paused a moment and then gathering her wits, stepped inside the gloomy house. The darkness was like a blanket- it snuffed out any and all light. The only thing Melon could see was an old, cobwebbed rocking chair, eerily lit up by a mysterious light source.Β
"Alright, this is just getting annoy-"
The last words were caught in her throat as the rocking chair started rocking slowly, creaking as it went. Barely able to breathe, Melon started backing up slowly, when suddenly the lights went on. From the right side of her, Jello popped out and screamed "BOO!".Β
"JELLO!!!" Melon yelled in annoyance.
"That wasn't funny!"
"Your face.... it was priceless..." said Jello in between fits of laughter.
"Ok, I gotta admit I was a little freaked out, but now you just owe me more candy," said Melon with a smirk.
"Ok, ok fine. Here ya go, happy Halloween!" Jello wiggled her paws in front of Melon's face.
"Happy Halloween! And try not to give too many animals heart attacks,"
Dropping the candy in her bag and waving goodbye to Jello, Melon started towards the 3rd house.

" anyone home?" She called, her words muffled by the dangling basket carried in her mouth. As she turned to exit, she heard a startling BOO! And everything when light, revealing with tons a delicious candy that made Bonbon's eyes sparkle with delight

Pastel looked at the creepy house and padded up to the door. As soon as the door opened, she jumped back in fright. She cautiously walked forward and pricked her ears at the eerie rocking chair through the door. "Hello? Is there anyone here?" She mewed, her pink eyes looking around. The rocking chair started rocking, even though nothing was there. She crept forward a bit more then BAM! The door shut and she jumped back, hiding behind one of the stairs. Then, all of a sudden, Jello popped out with a "BOO!" and nearly scared the living day lights out of pastel. She got up and padded to jello as she bounded away to the counter of candy. Pastel's mouth watered at the sight and a smile lit her face.

Mia shrank slightly at the sight of the dark house. She began wondering if she had went to the wrong one. "Hello? Anyone home?" she said as she walked inside. She looks around and sees the outline of furniture all around the room. But what attracts her attention the most is an old rocking chair in the middle. It swings back and forth, back and forth. Her breath begins to quicken, shouldn't rocking chairs be still? Suddenly the lights flicker on and Jello jumps out of the chair with a loud "BOO!" She then bounds over to a counter with a row of bowls filled to the brim with candies.Β

Wow! Misti's little blue eyes opened a little wider as she saw the scary looking house up ahead. Now this really was Halloween! Was it haunted? She shook the thought away, and tried to smooth down her bristling fur as she padded up the stairs with distaste. Suddenly, without warning, the door swing open with a creak. Misti backed off slowly, now making no attempt to stop the fur on the back of her neck from prickling. It slammed shut again, almost making the small Galacticat jump out of her goosebump-covered skin. And yet again it opened, Jello smiling at Misti. Phew, thought Misti. She must have just imagined it. Her blue toungue swiped her lips as she spotted a giant rack of candy apples. Yum, yum, yum!
