Well. Color it, rather.

It's easy. (Always make sure you have permission. That's the first step.) Then right-click the desired image and a list will pop up. Click on save image and choose in the big box that pops up what folder you want it to go in. Then you go to where the image is, and right-click it again. When the list pops up, click on 'open with' and select 'MS paint', then it will bring up the image in the MS paint (otherwise known as Microsoft Paint) and from there you can select the colors you want and apply them to the image. (And when you post make sure to credit the original creator, but you know this).
But, if you mean that you just don't know how to color it in MS Paint...I can't help you there...

i use photoshop elements, and i dont know how to color it because precoloring/shading
