And the white spots are more or less pixels that are in a lower opacity You should try to clean them.

I know but, I use photoshop and I cant find a way to make my eraser erase one pixel at the time... anyways ... XD

Oh XD You should try cleaning it one pixel at a time, try using the marque tool to select only the spot that you want to clean so that it won't erase the others
