This was a request from ~Gabriel1985 . He asked to draw the Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends character, Frankie Foster in a soapbubble so I used that idea to create this where Bloo ended up blowing a big bubble to trap Frankie in so he could avoid the chores for the day.
