Date of Completion: Thursday, December 30, 2010, 3:29:52 PMWell, in my recent Battle of the Retro Cartoons poll series, voters decided between some of the great 90s cartoons that the ladies and gentlemen of Generation Y, like myself, enjoyed the most. Alas, the winner was a show that sky-rocketed the carrer of Genndy Tartakovsky. It was filled with the escapades of a boy genius and his family, friends, and enemies alike. The name of this show was Dexter's Laboratory. While it had ended its initial run in 1998 with Last But Not Beast, it went on for another two seasons in a whole new direction and new voices as well (like SpongeBob when the movie ended the series and the creator left the series and production continued took a whole new direction thereafter). Beyond the new direction the show took, it got canceled and thus, this is where this idea came from. You can go ahead and comment on what you think Dexter should be saying in the talking bubble. Whoever has the funniest one gets their quote placed in the picture. Basically, this is a tribute of the show in the simplest of ways to what it all comes down to:
"Ooooo! What's this button do?!"
"Dee Dee! Don't press that button!"

dexter's lab is one my fave cartoon cartoon network is now ruined by the new fucking generation X(

It wasn't canceled, it "ended". I watch it on boomerang when I get a chance. T_T

The original run ended with that episode where Dexter told his parents he has a lab and they had to team up together to fight a giant monster who emerges from a volcano. I thik it was called Go, Dexter Family, Go!. I'm not sure. When they brought it back from production as a second series with the redesigns and such, it was canceled then.

I wonder why they even CANCELED it. That would be a waste of time because they could be making new shows now. Like I said, it's on boomerang now. According to Wikipedia, the last episode was a short- it was called "Back to the Lab".
But I thought it had stopped production in late 2003.
The final show I thought was a really a special. It was called "Dexter's Ego Trip".
Wait, WHAT? They had redesigns? Holy crap.

So out of all the mistakes Dee Dee has made by pushing buttons she shouldn't push, this would be her biggest mistake.

Well, personally, since the second series didn't end in a proper fashion, I think this would of been the funniest way to go out. Basically, Mandark creates a button of all buttons and Dee Dee notices it and well, you get the idea.
.....I'm taking Dexter hates this idea.
