@~abhishek94 : Buddy, If you have Photoshop CS6, Open it...Ā
> Ctrl + O > Browse for .psd template > Open it > Drag the desired image into the template > Adjust the image to fit the margins > Right Click > place...
Then Ctrl + Shift + C > Save as .png...
Use Axialis Icon Workshop to convert .png to .ico.
If you can't see the cursor, Click on Lasso Tool (L), Worked like a charm for me...
To work on multiple icons, you do not have to start over... After saving, just click on template> right click > Delete layer.. Then drag the next... Repeat the process...
Hope this helps...
Anyway, I'm reserving my works for personal use.. It won't be right to use ~prestigee's template and methods to create icons and post it here...
It just doesn't feel right...

Small edit : Saving the image as .png is actually Ctrl + Shift + S...
Ctrl + Shift + C is the shortcut to convert icons in Axialis Icon Workshop...

i am having a difficult time learning from your video, i am a first time user of photoshop (i aranged for a P CS 5 )and most importantly i cannot see the cursor............. please help
