Calix.Yep, I went there. Because Bloomix is such a horrible naming choice, and Calixte convenienty has a transformation already in her name.
This is a really rough sketch just to show the design and as such has lots of imperfections. I don't know if I'll be doing any of my own art for a while (aside from maybe these wings) so I thought I might as well upload what I've got in mind for Calixte's Bloomix so far. This design might not be final and I'm still playing with the colours. Any thoughts on that?

Mmm, I'm still a bit undecided about season 6. I think it's at least looking better than season 5, and reading the episode synopsis up to 13, there still could be some hope. I'm especially interested in seeing how they handle the 'vampires', for one, and there seems to be more sub-plots spanning for longer than 1 episode, compared to last season.

I love the concept of it - I especially love the wings, they are so angellike, and the pattern on them is gorgeous :3Β

Calixte is supposed to have a sort of "angelic" appearance to her transformations but I've never found a very good way to show that until Bloomix, which is another reason I like the transformation.

The design looks so amazing and detailed i could say it's one of the best design i saw so far but i'm not agreeing with you by saying "Bloomix is such a horrible naming choice" because the name is so pretty anyway you did an amazing job keep it up^^

I don't think "Bloomix" is a horrible name in itself, but it seems to owe its name to Bloom, which is just Mary Sue x10000.

seriously i just don't get why people keep say about bloom Mary sue i mean come on she is the official character of the show and they have the right to call it bloomix because bloom is the source of the dragon flame mean
source of the universe since the universe was created by the dragon flame and she gave the winx a piece of the dragon flame so it's not really that bad
and come on we are angry from that name but the winx are fine with it XD

The problem is, Bloom is most definitely a canon-sue, with everything that's happened to her. And the Dragon Flame is the source of the power, not Bloom, technically. Bloom may have the Dragon Flame at the moment, but as far as I'm aware, it's a power that's "passed down" through the royalty of Domino and it doesn't belong solely to her. I'd be happier with a name that relates to the Dragon Flame rather than Bloom herself.
