Use that:
1. Upload the first frame
2. Go to the animation option, it should take you to a GIF maker
3. Load the first frame again
4. Add the rest of the frames, in order
5. Press 'Make GIF' or something similar to that when done.
6. Edit it in the image editor or just save it.

READ THIS IF YOU NEED THE FRAMES: go to lunapic.com/co.uk. upload this image, when it is uploaded, click on edit, and scroll down the page a little til you get to the bottom of the list, and click 'more animation' then click on 'show animation frames' then there you go! FRAMES!
