She's a crazy fangirl obsessed with a villain/her boss from a show on CN called "Villainous", but she has never worn this outfit. She does however dress like a rebellious teenager with a lizard-head hoodie. The pink symbolizes its tongue and the long lime green is the body.
And that fusion is still a WIP but I guarantee it will be great!
