I really liked the Breezies! A lot of people took issue with them, but I couldn't help but think they were cute and pretty inspiring too. At least Sea Breeze was.
And Fluttershy was just as her best in that episode. It's one of my favorites!
...Anyway, I digress.
It seems like you've thought of everything that makes a Breezie. Thinner, longer legs. Feelers. Wings. Longer hair. Weird drop-shaped eyelashes. It's all there!
The wings, though, are a bit differently shaped from the way it's portrayed in the show. Not a bad thing once again, since you could easily call this your interpretation of the breezie. But it is noticeable to me.
Also, the legs of a Breezie loses a lot of their horse-like qualities. Breezie legs really seem to end in round stumps rather than hooves.

Aww who could hate the little breezies! The only thing that perplexed me about them is that the males had lashes too. Seemed a bit odd and just plain confusing imo.
But yeah, I didnt adhere to the Breezie style 100% here, I just kinda did what I wanted since I didnt have a reference handy :3

Ah, considering you had no references, then you did an even more amazing job. I sure can't replicate such a feat.
The fact that the male Breezies had lashes too never really bothered me. Confusing, yes. But it did seem to make sense to me. They are fairy-like creatures, so it makes sense that the males are also a bit... effeminate.
