Deviantart is okay with nudity. Their rules are pretty straightforward. No sexual acts being directly shown in progress. No erections. No sexual bodily fluids. No manual spreading or use of adult toys. Other than that, nudity is perfectly okay.
I'd suggest Mature content, mild, with the nudity selection. Easy peasy.
