Nice modification of the old G2 Autobot symbol, in Japan that symbol was coloured purple and turned upside down to act as a Decepticon symbol, RID Scourge had it, or rather Black Convoy as they called him.

I already knew that. The RID Combaticons/Ruination also wore the upside-down insignia to distinguish themselves from the Predacons.
