you have to use white brush.. are you using?

I'm using one of the brushes they give you in photoshop... the fuzzy ones? And I made it white... but it says I can't paint over it because the layer is hidden

try menu layer > show layers ..

Yeah I couldn't find it... don't worry about it... you might have a better version of photoshop... I'll just find another way to do it... thanks for your help though!
