Your art's is fantastic! About practicing action poses, if you would something to study from I would recommend Burne Hogarth's "DYNAMIC FIGURE DRAWING: A NEW APPROACH TO DRAWING THE MOVING FIGURE IN DEEP SPACE AND FORESHORTENING". I am currently studying his book on "Dynamic Anatomy" and it contains such a rich amount of useful information! Just a suggestion if you ever you want something to reference to

Ruby Rose was a different thing to different people. The people of the rural parts of Vale and Mistral called her The Red Reaper and her three travelling companion simply, The Rangers. However, Qrow just knew her as 'squirt'. Blake Belladonna listed her amongst the many she had failed in her life; to Yang Xiao Long, she was a cause for fear that grew with every day without word from her. To Weiss Shnee, she was simply hope.

I really like her redesign as well, it blends the best elements of her original outfit and her alternate from "Painting the Town".
While she probably isn't enjoying dashing over the roofs of some Mistrali town like a super hero as much as she would have a volume ago, she provides a striking image and it certainly is still something she'd seek out and probably is a healthy outlet for her heroic impulses.

Great contrast between the blue-black sky and the red of the burning town. Also like that the scythe is glowing silver like that eye power she used (they need to give that a name damnit). Overall, love it
