looking at the date it was taken, the system that gave you that snow is probably the same one that dropped several inches of ice at my house. i'm not for certian though because we had no power to watch the weather. ^^

so what part did you use to take all the color out except for the wheel?

OK, you need of course the image you want to work on,select your magic wand tool and click on the area you want to change,then go to your tool bar and select enhance and select convert to black and white.this magic wand tool is also used for filling an area with color,you choose the color you want,use the wand to select the are you want filled with color,then go to Edit and select FILL!!
