So... After all this time I finally made something! and even better because is the actual first time I dare to make a fanart! (you see, I suck at these things so I think this is a pretty interesting progress).

To be honest, I've been "working" with this for quite a long time, because, just as I said, I SUCK AT THESE THINGS. And still I have a tablet and ajksbksdfjs. But well, just until this morning I was still trying to change something because I didn't like it. I added the text and I just wanted to drop everything and scream: LEAVE IT LIKE THIS AND PUBLISH IT! So... that's what I just did |:

AND WELL, Kernel is my favorite character in the whole Demonata series. I love a lot others too, but Kernel has a very very special spot in my heart because I LOVE HIM A LOT I also just love how he always has the most interesting adventures in which we actually learn something about the demon universe and the universe itself. (Was that supposed to be a spoiler? oops ajkdjhf). And I've always loved how he can see the lights (errr... about the lights I draw in here, I have no idea, seriously. I always imagined them like irregular pieces of light floating around--I never actually imagined them as regular shapes. idk idk) and I JUST WANT TO PULL HIM OUT OF THE BOOK AND HUG HIM AND TELL HIM I WILL BE HIS BEST FRIEND FOREVER BECAUSE ALKSHBFKDJFBLS.

And last but not least, still complaining about my ~beautiful art skills /sarcasm, I've never been able to do a proper background. Like, never. I don't know, I just really can't draw spaces welp. So I thought maybe a gradient would help? idk also THE HANDS. HOLY HELL HOW DO YOU HANDS. I spent the most of the time making the goddamned hands. I wanted them to look more natural or something, but since at the end it turned out like this and it actually looked "good", I stopped. I seriously don't know, I still have A LOT to practice creys ajksbfksdf
