Eye Color Guide
Eye color is semi-specific in Elysium and tends to follow most natural coat colors rules. Eye color doesn't change until the introduction of dilution genes such as cream, champagne and pearl. Additional eye colors are possible with genes like Gemstone or if a natural white pattern touches the eye. Special cases are listed below on when eye color changes or doesn't.
Wild Scalding: Eyes may either match the base coat or wild scalding color. Must be the same for both eyes.
Nyala and Cervidais: White markings that accompany these patterns will not change the eye color, they will match the base coat.
Cream and Champagne: A horse who inherits CrCr with one Champagne will have blue eyes, but a a single cream gene with champagne will have green eyes.
Dominant White: Eyes will still match the hidden base coat but may be slightly lighter.
Other Elysium Genes: Genes such as Inversion, Saturation, Melanism etc will not have an effect on eye color.
