Fusion Summon 1 Spellcaster Fusion Monster or 1 Fusion Monster that lists “Time Wizard” as material from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Material. If you used a Dragon or Spellcaster monster from your hand or field as Fusion Material, you can also use 1 “Time Wizard” from your Deck as material. This turn, any effect damage you take from Spellcaster monsters is halved. You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Spellcaster Fusion Monster from your field or GY: Return it to the Deck, then you can Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower Spellcaster monster from your hand or GY. You can only use each effect of “Fusion through Time and Wizardry” once per turn.
