It's what I tried to focus on here. π
In most of my works I'm focusing on a few fundamentals (or techniques) to get better at them.
This sometimes feels like I'm taking steps back at the same time, like it lets me make mistakes I haven't made in a while even. I think I'm trying to get enough milage that it all balences out and my style emerges more clearly.
