So this is a drawing of someone who appears in one of my fanfics on fanfiction dot net, “The Octonauts & The Crash Video.” It’s the second character who got akumatized (the first was Sir Perfect) in the story, which you are more than welcome to read. I won’t tell you who it is because I don’t want to give away too much of the plot, but you’ll likely be able to figure it out on your own just by studying the picture.

The akumatized one you are observing, well, her new ego is known as The Oceanographer. She has a giant camera sentimonster named Apparealm, which I made a separate deviation for, and they both have the power to photograph things and change their layouts. However, while Apparealm can turn city streets into whirlpools and/or dangerously rough currents made of pink water, the Oceanographer does something slightly different: she can photograph people with her camera-like hat and turn them into an endless list of sea creatures, mermaids and mermen included. The Oceanographer can also shapeshift into different forms of pink water, from simple arcs of it to giant waves. She does not need her hat to do that part.

The Oceanographer will stop at nothing to take Ladybug and Cat Noir’s Miraculous, but she doesn’t intend to do only that. Her main goal is to get revenge on everyone who mistreated one of her best friends, but just how much will it take to make her realize he won’t be too impressed with what she’s doing?
