Unfortunately, I couldn't find the mesh I used for the tiara, but you can get the cape by downloading him... It's on my journal.

Oh, sorry. You can find the mesh on Mod The Sims, the creator is generalzoi. So if you search for her creations, you'll find an item called superhero cape, that's what I used as base for Marth cape.

Really? Good! But elements missing... How weird... Because all you need is in the folder Marth. You've to put EVERYTHING in your download folder.

When I downloaded Marth, it was missing some textures 
I've found the cape and the shoulder cuffs, but I still can't find the mantle. Do you have any idea where the texture of the mantle is?

But now, its different:
I made a journal in which I give a link to download Marth in the Sims. I said I would upload my sims, and I begin with Marth.
Good new: All is included in a folder
Bad new: I hope you've Bon Voyage, Pets, Nightlife and Kitchen and Bath (even if I think it's not really important if you don't have the last one), because without those expansions, I fear it may not work in your game.

I could do that, indeed. But, I don't know how to package a sim with custom content for now. When I know how to do, I'll make a journal in which I say all is okay and that I've posted on Mod The Sims 2. Still, I can try to send him to you, then you'll tell me if it worked. So yes, send me your e-mail and I'll try to do it.
NOTE FOR OTHER PEOPLE: I'm just making an exeption, so just don't ask me the same question if that you send me your e-mail, if I can send them to all of you etc...
