I'm wondering if 1: will it be a useable rotom form in battle and 2: what typing would it be? I'm guessing it becomes either pure electric or electric/normal

One thing I noticed is that its eyes and electricity don't change color like Rotom's other forms, which makes me think it either retains Rotom's normal typing or becomes pure electric. This could also mean it just isn't usable in battle in this form, if the typing isn't important or mentioned. I'm really curious to know more about it!

Not sure what it would do to in battle. If it KO'd then maybe it wouldn't function outside of battle. It's an interesting concept to have a "living" dex now.
