Merida, Scottish princess from Pixar's upcoming film, "Brave."So excited! There's so much fan art going around, I couldn't resist. ^_^ Tried to experiment with unusual colors in her dress, but I don't think I was very successful. Anyway, it was a fun experiment. Her hair was fantastic to work with.
Do not steal. Or she'll shoot you between the eyes.

I spent forever and a day on those dumb hands - especially the one drawing the arrow. Ridiculousness defined. I still don't feel like it's quite right. I need to work from models more.
